United Way, Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), and Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC) Deductions
If you choose Alzheimer's Family Day Center (#8096 for United Way, #35282 for CFC, #8035 for CVC) your donation will be deducted directly from your paycheck. This is an easy and convenient way to provide support to the Center. For more information, you can visit each organization's website:

Employer Match Programs
Double the impact of your donation to Alzheimer's Family Day Center (AFDC). Many companies will match all or a portion of donations made by their employees to qualifying charitable organizations.

In Lieu of Flowers
When a loved one has died, you may chose to have family and friends make a donation to Alzheimer's Family Day Center (AFDC) rather than sending flowers.
AFDC will send a personal thank you to each donor and send the designated family member a list of donors and their addresses.
